Who are we?

My client requires an experienced a Change and Organisation Design Manager to join a company in the private sector. Your main focus will be to work in partnership with business leads to deploy Organisation Design and Change Management best practice into the business in order to deliver effective, efficient and aligned business objective.

Responsibilities:

*Working with the HR Business Partners you will lead the people element of the organisational design process.

*Project manage the people strategy across the business.

*Lead on the organisation design and change management agenda.

*Understand good practice Change Management developments & maintain links to external networks to ensure continuous improvement of OD approaches.

*Develop and improve organisation development and change approaches.

*Work with the Centre of Excellence to ensure effective initial on boarding process.

*Create, develop and deploy people related organisational change plans.

*Evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions deployed and strive for continuous improvement.

*Manage the budget, timeline, resources.

*Appropriate Change management / organisation design professional qualifications, or equivalent experience / training.
