Badenoch and Clark's noteworthy client in Sheffield require two IT Helpdesk Support Technicians for an immediate start. The contract will be between for an initial three month and will be paid at an hourly rate between £11 - £13 per hour.
The successful candidate will primarily be working in a busy team of IT Support Technicians who are tasked with answering the initial calls from users and logging them onto the call logging system in line with the Service Desk SLAs. You will be given the opportunity to resolve issues as a first fix if it is a relatively simply problem to diagnose and resolve and will not take a significant amount of time, but if the issue is technically complicated or could take some time to resolve, the issue will be escalated to the 2nd Line IT Support Team.
In order to be considered, applicants will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a good general understanding and training in IT support and Windows operating systems.
