Corporate Solicitor - Oxford Oxford, Oxfordshire

One of Thames Valley's most trusted Law Firms is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their Oxford offices on a permanent basis.

The firm has an excellent traditional working environment and puts strong emphasis on high-quality work. The well-established Corporate team has an excellent client base and a wide network. The Corporate lawyer will work with other Associates across the Partners with good support from all levels. The team does a range of corporate work, including M&A, JVs, corporate finance, ECM and DCM.

As the successful Corporate Solicitor, you will come from a background of strong academics and training with a reputable firm, the ability to work on their own initiative as well as collaborating with a wider team and different departments.

In return, you will receive a salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience) as well as strong progression opportunities as the firm grows.
