The role:

Senior legal counsel providing support to the creative arm of the international business.

The main responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• Offer legal counsel on consumer law for international business
• Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with advertising laws and regulations
• Identifying potential legal risks related to consumer interactions and developing strategies to mitigate these risks
• One direct report

Key skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualified experience
• In-house experience is essential
• Experience working for a global company advising on cross-border legal matters
• Solid understanding of marketing, commercial and contract law
• Extensive experience collaborating closely with the procurement department
