LHH is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly respected public sector organisation which is helping people and communities in Scotland thrive, as they seek a Procurement Manager to join the team and lead, manage and advise on all aspects of public sector procurement for the organisation.


As Procurement Manager, you will oversee a framework for effective procurement and contract management, ensuring appropriate business systems and controls are in place to ensure compliance with relevant public procurement legislation. The Procurement Manager and Procurement team work closely with the Head of Finance and Governance and the Finance and Legal teams to ensure good governance across purchasing and contractual arrangements.


You should have a high level of knowledge and experience in procurement policies and procedures across the Public Sector. We are looking for someone with a recognised professional Purchasing and Supply qualification, or equivalent substantial experience of procurement management at a senior level.
