We are currently recruiting for a Client Service Administrative Assistant role in Winston Salem, NC! This is a role that directly supports a team of financial advisors. You will be providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth coordination of client-related activities. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and exceptional communication skills will make you successful in this role. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of administrative support experience and has knowledge of stocks, bonds and securities.


Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to client inquiries promptly, providing relevant information, and routing requests to the appropriate team members as needed


  • Coordinate client meetings and appointments


  • Confirm appointments and maintain accurate calendars


  • Assist in preparing and organizing client documents, forms and reports


  • Perform data entry, maintain files, draft correspondence and other general administrative functions


  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients


  • Prepare and distribute regular client reports, statements and summaries


Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree preferred, not required


  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services sector or related industry


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software


  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail


  • Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude


  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 PER YEAR
