Winston SalemWe are currently recruiting for a Client Service Administrative Assistant role in Winston Salem, NC! This is a role that directly supports a team of financial advisors. You will be providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth coordination of client-related activities. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and exceptional communication skills will make you successful in this role. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of administrative support experience and has knowledge of stocks, bonds and securities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to client inquiries promptly, providing relevant information, and routing requests to the appropriate team members as needed
Coordinate client meetings and appointments
Confirm appointments and maintain accurate calendars
Assist in preparing and organizing client documents, forms and reports
Perform data entry, maintain files, draft correspondence and other general administrative functions
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
Prepare and distribute regular client reports, statements and summaries
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred, not required
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services sector or related industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
