Ajilon is currently seeking a receptionist coordinator in the Washington, DC area. This is a great contract opportunity in a fast paced and growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Asses and record inventory needs for kitchen and office supplies for replenishing
  • Assess office needs and work with staff to ensure needs are met
  • Make sure each office location is equipped with necessary items for staff use
  • Additional projects as assigned

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Employment Type: Contract. 1/4/2022-12/31/2022


    Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM
