Ajilon has a client in the construction industry seeking an Administrative Coordinator! This is a direct hire opportunity that offers a pay rate up to $22/hr and a very competitive benefits plan. Our client is seeking someone who thrives in a fun and friendly environment and loves taking initiative. Location: Vancouver, WA


Compensation: $20-22/hr


Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm


Placement Type: Direct Hire


In this role you will:

  • Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate people or office
  • Answer customer/client phone calls
  • Maintain and order basic office supplies
  • Assist in scheduling employee and vendor events when necessary

  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing administrative position
  • Must have a strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office platforms
  • Must show strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities
