Location: Tempe, AZ

Compensation: Salary range of $20-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities:


· Mentoring and acting as SME to a dedicated team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.


· Oversee the entire medical billing and collections process, from claim submission to payment posting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.


· Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve complex billing issues and denied claims.


· Analyze accounts receivable data, identify trends, and implement strategies to minimize AR aging and improve cash flow.


· Maintain relationships with insurance providers and patients to address inquiries, disputes, and appeals.


· Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management regarding the status of accounts receivable and collection efforts.


Qualifications:


· 5 or more years experience in medical accounts receivable or medical billing is required.


· Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.


· Familiarity with medical billing software, coding systems, and insurance claim procedures.


· Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and guidelines.


· Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, insurance providers, and patients.


· Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 PER WEEK
