Customer Service/Scheduler

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Tempe who is in search of a customer service/scheduler to join their team! This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, but may require some Saturday morning hours as necessary. This role is fully in office and is paying between $19/hr-$21/hr DOE.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments and managing their appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and scheduling information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns and finding solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the appointment calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Occasionally work Saturday mornings to accommodate customer needs and ensure a smooth scheduling process.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • 1+ year of customer service or scheduling is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining scheduling records.
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturday mornings as required.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 PER HOUR
