SuffernWe are currently seeking a Client Relations/Sales Support Representative to join our clients dynamic team. As a Client Relations/Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with physicians, physician office personnel, and our sales team. Your responsibilities will include addressing telephone inquiries, ensuring the accuracy of information, and providing outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outgoing calls, including Test In Question (TIQ) verifications and handling of amended reports.
Manage incoming calls, addressing administrative and clerical matters, ordering supplies, and providing basic billing information.
Provide internal and external support by creating and updating accounts, fulfilling kit orders, and handling patient health information requests.
Assist in setting up and managing reoccurring orders.
Submit tickets for web portal setup and offer basic support.
Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) reports and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of education and experience.
At least 1 year of customer service and laboratory experience is desirable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
