Temporary Front Desk Administrator Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Temporary Front Desk Administrator with 1 or more years of experience for their St. Petersburg area client. This position is a front-facing role and will require you to interact with both customers and all levels of management and staff. Looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and computer skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors
  • Assisting employees, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and providing information and resources as needed
  • Interacting with all levels or management, staff, customers, and business partners as necessary

  • Qualifications/Skills

  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • 1 year of experience in the administrative receptionist or related field

  • Compensation:

  • $17/hr

  • Dates and Work Hours:

  • December 9th 2021 to December 12th 2021
  • 8am to 5pm
  • Temporary Position
