Job Title: Contract On-Site HR Coordinator
Location: Seattle, WA - On-site
Pay: $23-$26 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract On-Site HR Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various human resources activities for our organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for human resources and a strong desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and conducting reference checks
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
Coordinate and maintain employee records and files
Assist with benefits enrollment and administration
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
