LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a reputable firm in the accounting industry to search for a temporary to hire Accounting Coordinator. You will be handling invoicing, posting payments, troubleshooting inquiries, and communicating with clients. Since you will be reaching out to internal and external customers, you need to have professional communication skills. In this position, it is extremely important that you have strong attention to detail and can work effectively with little to no errors. You will be fully trained so if you are lacking accounting experience, you could still be considered. A degree in accounting or a related field is required though.

Job Duties:
  • Calculating billing hours and composing invoices
  • Reviewing invoices for completeness before sending out
  • Processing client payments
  • Updating client information
  • Coordinating with internal customers to gather the right information
  • Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • At least a year of office, administrative, or accounting experience
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Desire to work in a high-volume setting
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work between different software systems quickly
Employment Details:
  • Temporary to hire
  • Remote after training onsite in the Seattle, WA office
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary:
  • $24-26/hr, depending on experience

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 PER HOUR
