What You Will Do::

As a Business Analyst, you will be a major contributor to our amazing finance and accounting team. You'll develop cost estimates and revenue forecasts, and create sophisticated models and business reports that add value to all areas of our business.

  • Collaborate with engineering and purchasing departments to develop cost estimates for proposals
  • Recommend price strategy and proposal packaging
  • Create models to simulate and optimize business scenarios which generate revenue and profit Identify and quantify project elements. Generate cash flows/long term financial analysis
  • Analyze pricing, determine pricing for proposals and quotes to customers. Recommend preferred pricing and business case solutions
  • Help with new business screenings and support the proposal owner with business cases
  • Provide input to the rest of the team for actual results vs. budget/forecast. Assist with the interpretation of financial results
  • Improve and consolidate analytical tools that help in decision making
  • Research and present cost down opportunities and assist the team in follow through
  • Support contract negotiations and serve as lead during customer fact finds and audits
  • Support proposal activities and cost model build
  • Handle a complex array of programs and embrace new programs and initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and TINA (Truth In Negotiations) is a giant plus

  • What You Must Have::

  • Bachelor’s Degree a business related field OR equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and the analytical skills to extract and interpret data. Strong understanding of MRP systems
  • Self motivation and the ability to prioritize work with minimal management oversight
  • A strong work ethic and lots of energy, the ability to think critically and to solve problems
  • Tremendous organizational skills
  • You must be a legally authorized to work in the United States
