LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for one of our clients located in the Schaumburg, IL area. The Dispatch Coordinator acts as a cross-regional-support to the Customer Care Team, centralizing all dispatch processes for freelance chefs and service providers. In addition, the candidate will manage all Return Goods Authorizations. This is a Contract To Hire position with an hourly rate between $22/HR and $23/HR depending on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch Certified Chefs as requested for start-up trainings
Dispatch Service Technicians as needed for site certifications and installations.
Process and follow up with Return Goods Authorization requests to ensure timeliness from all parties.
Process chemical orders for assigned accounts (i.e., Ecolab) and as needed.
Develop and coordinate standardized operating procedures for dispatch processes
Cooperate with other team members and managers to analyze and develop best practices
Participate in all required company programs and activities
Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Personable with good relationship-building skills
Strong verbal presentation, questioning, listening skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from diverse groups of people.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of order management systems such as SAP is a plus
Working knowledge of customer management systems such as Salesforce is a plus
