We are seeking an Senior HR Manager with a strong background as an HR Generalist. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing full cycle HR Support, HR strategy, general policy, employee and management coaching, employee relations, performance management, and risk & compliance.


Essential responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with senior-level managers and staff
  • Advise on HR strategy as well as best practices for staff and managers and develop policies in collaboration with HR team
  • Ensure consistent delivery of policy, HR services, resources, and tools
  • Interpret and apply employee handbook, policies, procedures consistently across assigned client groups
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local labor laws, rules and regulations
  • Provides coaching, guidance, and conflict management resolution to all employees
  • Partners with team to develop accurate job descriptions in compliance with FLSA regulations and best practices
  • Provides new employees with on-boarding materials and answers any questions that arise
  • Conduct investigations and research employee complaints in collaboration with HR team
  • Develop and conduct HR training for assigned projects, including orientation and skills training
  • Serve as liaison with outside legal counsel on HR related legal issues
  • Manage project related HR Initiatives and perform other duties and projects as assigned by Senior HR Manager.
