Property Administrative Assistant


Ajilon is seeking a Property Administrative Assistant for an apartment community in San Francisco, CA. This is a contract to hire role that will be fully on-site.


The ideal candidate has experience with tax recertification and a basic understanding of the California tax credit housing processes.


Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process tax recertification
  • Interviewing residents
  • Answering phones and e-mails
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Other administrative duties, as reasonably assigned

  • Skills/Experience

  • Required: Experience with tax recertification
  • Understanding of California tax credit housing processes
  • Software: Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a related field
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Attention to detail

  • Employment type: Temp to Hire


    Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour, depending on experience


    Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
