Temp Receptionist | San Francisco


LHH is partnering with an established client based in San Francisco in need of a Temp Receptionist. An ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of office experience and can start as soon as possible.


Pay: $23 - $25 /hr


Location: San Francisco



  • Fully Onsite


Start: ASAP


Duties:



  • Phone and Email gatekeeping


  • Calendar Management - confirming appointments and meetings


  • Meeting room set up - catering, presentation and meeting material preparations


  • Mail management - in/outbound mail


  • Maintain a presentable and clean office


  • Provide property tours (if needed)


  • Check-in clients/guests


  • Support supervisor with additional tasks


Qualifications/Requirements:



  • 1-2 years of Administrative or Office experience


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


  • Independent worker who is highly organized & self-directed


  • Able to collaborate well with Team colleagues


  • Steady demeanor with the ability to stay focused and on task


  • Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy


  • Ability to maintain confidential information and data


  • Intermediate experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
