• Perform daily wire transactions through multiple bank portals.
• Download and update cash activity in the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Daily reconciliation of TMS cash files for accuracy.
• Timely application of bank deposits and wires to internal systems.
• Manage a portfolio of 500+ bank accounts.
• Generate cash position reports as needed.
• Maintain current account analyses and reconciliations.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, year-end, and special project deadlines.
• Contribute to special projects as required.

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience
• Prior use of some ERP system and proficient with Excel

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in general accounting principles.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Skilled in mathematics and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including research and reconciliation.
• Self-starter with exceptional initiative, excels in hands-on detail-oriented work.

• $33-35/hour
