Ajilon is seeking a contract Data Entry Coordinator for a Counseling and Mental Health services firm in San Francisco, CA. This position will work 100% remotely.


The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a great attention to detail.


Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Will be reporting to Director of Operations and 2 Senior Managers
  • Transferring Data to new platform
  • Inputting about 2700 new appointments & contacts per month
  • Proactively communicate with management
  • Refreshing and updating scheduling tool

  • Skills/Experience

  • 1-2 years experience with data entry for a professional environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Extremely well organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to focus and complete tasks with little to no supervision
  • Communicative
  • Proficient experience working on a PC

  • Hours: Full-Time


    Job Type: Temp (90 days with possible extension)
