Immediate need for an ON-SITE Receptionist located in San Diego, CA. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $17.00 per hour. We are looking for someone who is highly punctual, reliable, and has excellent customer service skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling of phone systems, answering incoming and outbound calls
  • Assisting in all administrative duties
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Transferring calls to other departments
  • Sending detailed information to appropriate team members

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Skills:

  • Highly Punctual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized

  • Experience:

  • At Least one year of experience in an administrative role or related field

  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour


    Employment Type: Contract-to-hire/ On-site/ Located in San Diego, CA


    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
