LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Payroll Specialist position in Mission Valley (San Diego), CA! This role is within an organization that functions in multiple states across the US and wants to find those who are also ready to grow their careers. Qualified candidates will have minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll. In addition, qualified candidates will understand the manual aspects of payroll and how to multi-task. This is a great paying job, offering full benefits, 401k (plus match) and paying between $52,000 to $60,000 for the right fit!


RESPONSIBILITIES OF PAYROLL SPECIALIST JOB

  • Process payroll for 500+ employees.
  • Familiar with state and multistate laws and taxes.
  • Verify completeness of weekly, semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll.
  • Assist with payroll audits, terminations and onboarding.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST have two years of Payroll experience.
  • Experience with various software preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with Payroll Director.
  • Organized, energetic, accurate and detail oriented.
