San Diego- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate personnel
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and managing reservations
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Gather detailed information and input data into company system
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings
- 16-24 hours per week
- Onsite
- Contract-to-hire

- Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego
- Compensation $18.00 per hour
