Medical Customer Service Representative

Come work for a rapidly growing organization that has been around for 50+ years! We have immediate openings for Medical Customer Service Representatives to join the team. In this role you will be answering a high volume of calls and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Strong attendance and punctuality are important to succeed in this role.


This is a great role to grow your professional career and gain knowledge within an organization. This position is fully onsite and starts off at $18/hr. with opportunity for growth!


Key Responsibilities:



  • Answering up to 80 inbound calls and responding to customer queries with professionalism


  • Listening actively to customer concerns, determining the root cause of issues, and providing effective resolutions


  • Scheduling appointments and following up on patients


  • Routing and transferring calls to various departments


  • Sending reminder messages and making outbound calls to doctors


  • Recording accurate and detailed information into the company's database



Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner


  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience


  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software


  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment


  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus


  • High school diploma or equivalent



Working Hours:



  • Monday to Friday


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


  • 40 hours per week


  • No overtime

Pay Details: $18.00 PER HOUR
