Construction Administrative Assistant job in San Diego, CA LHH has partnered with an established construction company who is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a Contract-To-Hire opportunity to expand your office experience within a growing industry in San Diego, CA! This position will be an integral part of supporting the Estimating department within their corporate office and supporting their clients!   • Providing Administrative support, answering emails and handling mail
  • Supporting Certified Payroll, Estimating and Finance departments
  • Tracking information and high volume of data entry
  • Utilizing web based programs and researching information online
  • Answer high volume of phone calls along with clerical duties
  • Meet or exceed customer service levels to clients and internal teammates
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams on projects
  • Assist with special projects as requested and any additional duties
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with construction industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Passionate about customer service and helping others
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech savvy and a fast learner
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate high level of confidentiality
Work Hours:
  • Monday-Friday, Full time hours
  • 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
  • 100% onsite in Central San Diego, CA

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 PER HOUR
