San Diego- Providing Administrative support, answering emails and handling mail
- Supporting Certified Payroll, Estimating and Finance departments
- Tracking information and high volume of data entry
- Utilizing web based programs and researching information online
- Answer high volume of phone calls along with clerical duties
- Meet or exceed customer service levels to clients and internal teammates
- Communicate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Assist with special projects as requested and any additional duties
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with construction industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Passionate about customer service and helping others
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy and a fast learner
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate high level of confidentiality
- Monday-Friday, Full time hours
- 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
- 100% onsite in Central San Diego, CA
