San DiegoLHH is looking to fill a Temp to Direct Hire Accounting / Billing Analyst Job in Downtown San Diego, CA. This position will focus heavily on customer and client accounts, with heavy reconciliations and assisting with month-end close duties. The Company has been growing for years, they offer upward mobility and schedule flexibility, as well as fantastic benefits! This position pays between $26/hr to $27/hr.
Responsibilities for this Accounting / Billing Analyst opportunity:
- Manage Client interactions and daily reconciliations
- Posting payments, adjustments and credit memos
- Inputting customer information / data mining and management
- Review and resolve exception reports daily
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (no exceptions)
- Two years of AR/Billing experience is ideal
- Strong skill with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups preferred)
- Strong communication skills in relation to clients
