Customer Service Representative


Ajilon is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3 or more years of experience in a well-established energy firm in San Diego, CA. This is a great contract-to-hire-role that offers the opportunity to work with a committed and goal-oriented team.


The role entails providing complete customer support to clients and customers while abiding to company policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate has a high level of customer service using strong written and verbal communication when communicating.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, assisting other teammates with tasks
  • Updating FAQs, reference pages, scripts, phone systems training documents
  • Review and provide quality assurance feedback for internal and third-party calls
  • Respond promptly to clients and customer inquiries regarding quality of service including billing inquiries and special program nuances, updates, and exceptions
  • Review and audit assurance evaluations from the vendor
  • Review, track and report training alerts and unsuccessful calls
  • Maintain effective working relationships with other organizations in the company

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required

  • Skills:

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Data entry skills
  • Intermediate to advance level excel skills
  • Proficient with CIS systems and Microsoft dynamics CRM
  • Proficient with keyboard shortcuts
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Excel

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in customer service

  • Compensation:

  • $20.00 - $21.50 depending on experience

  • Employment Type: Contract-to-hire/ Remote and hybrid schedule
