Human Resource Generalist


Ajilon is excited to be partnering with a growing company in the Portland OR suburbs for a direct hire HR Generalist role. You will be recognized as a key leader making a difference in the workplace by providing essential information and data to drive recruitment and positive employee engagement. You will:

  • Provide onboarding for new hires and new hire orientation
  • Be the resource for employees assisting with directing to company benefits including 401(k) information, open enrollment and other change of benefit forms
  • Advisor to employees regarding State and Federal laws as needed in the HR capacity
  • Recommend improvements and provide reports as needed for management decisions

    • You will have:

  • Bachelors' degree preferred in Human Resources or Business
  • 5+ years in a Generalist Role and HRIS software systems experience
  • Team experience partnering with managers to create foundational HR platforms and provide reports as needed
  • Solution orientated willingness to grow and desire to work in a team environment
  • Bi-Lingual
