Hi there!


We are actively looking to add a Certified Payroll Specialist to our expanding team in our Sacramento, CA office!


We’re a well-established construction firm and due to growth in our company we need to add to our staff to keep up with all of our new projects! While our ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of certified payroll experience, we are open to those with a year under their belt and help ramp up training from there.

  • This is a direct hire role (no contract period)


  • The compensation for the role is 60k to 73k DOE


  • We are currently working an in-office schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Certified Payroll/Labor Compliance (CPR)


  • Approvals and tracking of Subcontractor CPRs submitted for projects.


  • Communication with Owners/Subcontractors on CPR requirements and submissions for duration of prevailing wage jobs.


  • DAS 140/DAS 142 filings


  • Backup for main company submission of Federal and state taxes


  • Handling payroll inquiries from employees and outside agencies.


  • Report creation and distribution


REQUIREMENTS



  • At least 1 year of certified (union) payroll experience


  • Prefer a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with Labor Compliance reporting, preferably related to the construction industry.


  • Proficiency in Viewpoint/Vista, LCP Tracker, DIR upload experience preferred.
