Our client is a Medical Group located in New Jersey looking for a Full Cycle Contract Recruiter. Client looking to hire a Recruiter/HR Coordinator who is an excellent culture fit for their company. Personality is key in the hiring process.

Position overview:

Candidate will work on sourcing, interviewing, on-boarding new hires, active posting and new job descriptions. Candidate will be a team player in the Medical Group and provide clear communication with peers and potential candidates.

Full Cycle Recruiting Duties

-Creating job descriptions

-Identifying future hiring needs

-Filing of paperwork

-Interviewing prospective candidates

-Sourcing via Social Media and available databases

Qualifications:

-Excellent personality and culture fit

-2-3 years of Healthcare or Clinical Recruiting experience
