PrincetonLHH is assisting a Healthcare Partner with the search of an Business Office Manager. This individual will be an integral member of the administrative team, overseeing various office operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, month-end close procedures, surgery scheduling, and front-end revenue cycle management. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a dedicated team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the positive atmosphere of the office. Responsibilities:
Utilize Quickbooks to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage payroll processes using Paychex Flex, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance and a seamless benefits experience.
Contribute to the monthly financial close process to ensure accurate reporting.
Coordinate surgery scheduling for a team of 16 surgeons, ensuring efficient patient care coordination.
Manage contracting and credentialing processes related to revenue cycle management.
Lead and mentor a team of 9-10 direct reports, fostering their growth and development.
Be a positive manager who actively engages with teams, mentors staff, and fosters a collaborative environment.
Navigate diverse personalities within the team and provide effective leadership.
Work within the current paper-based system, utilizing technology for administrative tasks.
Collaborate closely with the Practice Administrator for guidance and mentorship.
Manage administrative, medical, billing, finance for the practice
Analyze processes and implemented improved policies, procedures, and workflow changes
Provide cost-saving recommendations, including vendor changes and optimizing supply orders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
10-15 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration or office management.
Proficiency with Quickbooks, MS Office, Excel, Advantix, and Paychex Flex.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage and mentor a diverse team.
Positive and proactive leadership style, comfortable engaging with teams directly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Understanding of surgery scheduling and healthcare revenue cycle management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary:
