Administrative Assistant- Philadelphia, PA LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Philadelphia, PA. This is a Contract to Hire position. The anticipated pay range is between $18-$20/hr. They need someone who can start as soon as possible. The position is 100% onsite. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. Responsibilities: Data Entry Answering phones Filing Calendar Management Communicating with other secretaries Compile reports, memos, faxes, and other documents Attends meetings Create letters, mailing labels, reports, and run reports Any other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred not required Proficient in Google Suite- Calendar, Spreadsheets, docs, and drive Ability to multitask Intermediate in Excel Experience with Adobe is a plus Education: Employment type: Contract to Hire (Temp to Possible Perm) Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $18-$20/hr.
