Paladin is working with an insurance company based in Oklahoma City looking to add a talented UI/UX designer to their team. In conjunction with the VP of Marketing you will work to create a new front-end experience for agent partners and policy holders as part of a company-wide digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner who is highly focused on user needs and rapid iteration. Requirements:
Use business requirements, usability findings and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements that focus on the customer’s perspective.
Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interactions specifications and functional prototypes.
Design and configure user tests and analyze results to make informed decisions regarding the customer’s digital experience.
Iterate on design explorations to arrive at a solution while accounting for complex requirements.
Ability to present design work and concepts to cross-functional teams within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years’ experience as a UX designer, interaction designer or information architect.
Proficiency designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, Figma and InVision.
Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability practices, web-based information architecture and design.
Strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce simple, elegant, and exceedingly usable layouts, interactions, and iconography.
Strong communication and presentation skills-ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different levels of the organization.
