Graphic Designer


Paladin is partnering with a software company based out of Charlotte, N.C. who is looking to add a talented graphic designer to their team. This is an exciting opportunity where the ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Creative team bringing B2B campaigns to life with both animation and video. Candidate will be expected to report into the Charlotte, N.C office during the week, as well as work remotely.


Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the creative team to create animation and video elements for integrated campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize innovating elements with video editing and motion graphics.
  • Work with brand content team to develop messaging that aligns with campaign strategy and design elements.
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers and brand template work.
  • Communicate with Traffic Coordinator and Creative Director to ensure design projects are on time and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Ability to articulate design strategy through presentations, storyboards, layouts and illustrations.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
  • 3+ years professional design experience preferably from an agency. Online portfolio will be required for consideration.

    • Skills

  • Strong production skills on a MAC platform and software application
  • You must be able to confer advice and suggestions from clients, as well as understand what they want.
  • Designers must be able to collaborate and get along with others when they work as part of a design team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premier and XD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key.
