Senior Benefits Associate


Ajilon is currently seeking a Senior Benefits Associate with 5 or more years of related work experience for a full-time job, located in New York City, New York. This is an excellent contract to hire role that will require you to be working on site.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance to employees, benefit education, employee engagement, monitoring of programs, implementation of benefit polices, cost effective outcomes within the health and welfare plans
  • Utilize data driven approach to provide solutions, make in scope decisions, mitigate risks
  • Manage the annual employee benefits open enrollment and benefits orientation, employee self-service portal, benefit rate changes, system testing
  • Ensure compliance of ACA, CORBA, HIPAA, ERISA, IRS regulations and reporting requirements

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related work experience
  • CBP/CEBS certification required. SHRM-CP and PHR certifications preferred

    • Experience:

  • Knowledgeable around an enterprise HRMS solution, reporting and analytics required
  • ACA tracking and third-party systems such as Empire, COBRA

    • Worksite: Onsite
