LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler for a client in the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project planning, scheduling, tracking, communication, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the MS Office Suite, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential for this role.



Responsibilities:


- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules using MS Project and MS Office Suite.


- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues and reporting them to relevant stakeholders.


- Prepare accurate and timely status reports for project updates, using clear and concise communication.


- Schedule meetings and facilitate effective communication throughout the project life cycle.


- Capture comprehensive meeting notes and distribute relevant information to participants.


- Generate schedule-related documentation for grants and proposals as required.


- Maintain accurate records of estimated vs actual project schedules and associated project documentation.


- Identify and report any project-related risks or issues to program or mission management.


- Develop, document, and follow project execution processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.


- Follow up with team members to address incomplete or overdue tasks and ensure project timelines are met.


- Collaborate with various functional areas of the company to provide support as needed.



Requirements:


- Demonstrated experience in successfully supporting projects, preferably in a coordinating or scheduling capacity.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.


- Proactive approach and ability to multitask while working independently.


- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.



Preferred Qualifications:


- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


- Familiarity with project management methodologies.


- Experience with grant or proposal-related documentation.


- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with team members and stakeholders.
