Ajilon is actively seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with 2 years' experience or more for an incredible direct hire opportunity with a food manufacturing company in Modesto, CA! If you are motivated to succeed and grow professionally and personally, this could be your chance!


This is a hybrid remote role, 3 days in office, 2 days working from home!!!


We are looking for someone that is comfortable navigating 75 to 125 emails per day. Prioritization is super important. We prefer someone with experience putting systems into place.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Partner with customers to process orders and contracts
  • Confirm the ability to fill orders on time
  • Work with Supply Chain Support Team to clarify customer needs and ensure quality expectations are met
  • Process orders for products received
  • Manage customer relationships and daily business

    • Requirements:

  • BA in Business, Agribusiness, finance, or similarly suited degree preferred
  • At least 2 years' experience in the food ingredients or manufacturing industry
  • Adept communicator, written and verbal
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to manage data systems, experience with all MS applications

    • Hours per week: 40, M - F, 8 am to 5 pm


    Salary: $58k
