Milwaukee- Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders into the company's order processing system.
- Review order information for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary details are included.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to clarify any order discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Verify pricing, product codes, quantities, and shipping information before order submission.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any potential errors or concerns.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all order transactions and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Assist in monitoring order status and proactively communicate any potential delays to customers.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations and invoices to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries related to orders.
- Assist in maintaining and updating product and pricing information in the system.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Proficiency in using computer software and data entry tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address order-related discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with order processing systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

- Pay is $20-$24 an hour depending on experience
