LHH is hiring an HRBP for a client in the Milwaukee Area. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of strong employee relations and management liaison experience, as well as is able to work hit the ground running and work independently.



  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts investigations & Investigates complaints with the Director of Employee Relation and union leadership


  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements to daily management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.


  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement and increase productivity and retention. Identifies individual and department coaching needs.


  • Analyzes data to develop affirmative action plan and initiatives for the college


  • Partners and Monitors diversity and equity


  • Identifies training needs for departments/divisions and coordinates training workshops


  • Provides guidance and input on department restructures, workforce, and succession planning.


  • Develops and prepares HR metrics to identify trends and recommends solutions to improve the overall engagement of employees overall


Type: $36-$42+ an hour, contract to hire opportunity

Hybrid position: 50% onsite

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 PER HOUR
