Ajilon is currently seeking an Events Admin with 3 years experience in an administrative role with strong scheduling and events experience. This is a great contract role within an industry trade group, located in Manhattan, New York, that offers a competitive salary and is expected to last until May.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, prep materials such as PowerPoint presentations, registration lists
  • Handle conference inbox, responding to registration requests, substitutions, cancellations as well as processing payments and refunds
  • Assist meeting participants with registration or general troubleshooting, responding to client questions and requests
  • Prepare reports to track meeting productivity, meeting evaluations, registration reports

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, work in high demand office
  • Experience with Zoom, MS Teams as well as other virtual platforms

  • Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Prior experience in financial services or at an association is a plus

  • Worksite: Onsite


    Employment Type: Contract 6 Months


    Compensations: $25/hr


    Work Hours: 8:30AM- 5:30PM
