Louisville- Review and process patients’ enrollment forms to the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
- Work in a high-call volume, multi-tasking environment
- Notify patients and healthcare providers of approvals, denials, and any next steps needed to continue the enrollment process
- Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider
- Hande inbound and outbound calls in a multi-task environment.
- Contact the healthcare provider to qualify the candidate and refer this to the pharmacist to what is being prescribed to expense the medication.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of work experience in a customer service or customer focused role
- One year of work experience in a call center environment.
- Experience in pharmarcy or Medicaid organizations
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
