Ajilon is seeking an Senior Executive recruiter position for a highly developed Healthcare company who puts their people first! This is a full time position with the option to work remote!


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and hire great talent for all positions, including executive roles.
  • Develops strong relationships with clients and candidate.
  • Sources candidate through the companies different sourcing channels.

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years recruiting and some on the exective level.
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with be considered for right candidate.
  • Understanding of diversity programs.

    • Compensation: 105,000/yr


    Work hours: 40/hr work week with option to work remote.
