Ajilon is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary position in Knoxville, TN. Please see below for details regarding this immediate opportunity!


Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer calls as needed
  • Assist customers with complaints and inquires
  • Schedule meetings for customers
  • Notate information and conversations accurately in company system
  • Communicating information to colleagues
  • Other tasks as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail

    • Details: $15/hour, 3-4 month contract
