Job Description:


Are you a resourceful and organized individual with a knack for multitasking? Are you proactive, able to take initiative, and excel in working independently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. LHH Recruitment has partnered with a Medical Device company in their search for a Full Charge Bookkeeper! This is a direct hire role that reports onsite to their King of Prussia Office.


Position Details:


Responsibilities: As a Full-Time Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Administering all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.


  • Managing accounts payable functions, including vendor communications and invoice processing.


  • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.


  • Generating and preparing various financial reports as needed.


  • Assisting in the maintenance of the general ledger and performing journal entries.


  • Ensuring accurate internal record keeping for financial transactions.


  • Contributing to preliminary financial statement preparation.


  • Providing additional administrative support as required by the team.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, internal record keeping, and preliminary financial statement preparation.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.


  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.


  • Resourceful and proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.


  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 PER YEAR
