Operations Manager


Ajilon is seeking an Operations Manager on a Full-Time permanent basis in Kent, WA. Do you have strong leadership skills and have a passion for creating processes and upholding standards for safety and quality? You will be instrumental in the growth of a production company that processes raw materials to a variety of finished products. This Leadership position reports directly to the CEO.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage weekly and monthly production schedules
  • Maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring proper storage
  • Oversee scheduling of labor for the production floor, production supervisor, and supply chain manager
  • Deliver reporting on KPI and production metrics
  • Provide strong oversight for continuous improvement to include creating and delivering standards and processes
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment.

    • Qualifications:

  • Five plus years with growth in a management position in the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to work a production schedule: 5:30a-3:30p M-F

    • Skills:

  • Inventory Management experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with automated production machinery
  • Loves to be Hands-on in the work, Leading by example
  • Effective communication and organization
