Performance Contribution:Actively contribute to organizational success, job efficiency, relationship cultivation, and customer satisfaction.2. Document Creation:Develop new documents for customer accounts and services.Ensure the submission of all necessary documents.3. Onboarding & Implementation:Lead the onboarding process for new accounts and services.Collect appropriate documentation and agreements.Establish system setups, timelines, and provide clear customer instructions.4. Periodic Reviews:Conduct regular reviews of existing accounts and services for current clients.Present findings effectively.5. Proposal DevelopmentAnalyze data and generate compelling proposals for existing and potential clients.6. Technical Proficiency:Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and conduct research related to Treasury products and services.7. Merchant Services Management:Drive proposals, onboarding, and implementation.Offer continuous support and conduct reviews.8. Travel Commitment:Undertake on-site installations and deliver impactful in-person presentations as required, involving occasional travel.Secondary Responsibilities:Collaborate in managing day-to-day workflows related to Treasury Operations & Treasury Sales.Handle incoming calls concerning client service inquiries.Perform additional tasks assigned by management to ensure consistent daily operations.Requirements:Beyond a high school diploma/equivalent, additional education or relevant experience is necessary.A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with a focus on Treasury Services for at least 3 years.Exceptional presentation skills for the development and delivery of proposals to current and potential clients.Comprehensive understanding of Treasury products, including but not limited to ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, ICS, Smart Pay, Credit Cards, Electronic Banking, Lockbox, and Merchant Services.Proficiency in crafting and presenting comprehensive client reviews and new account documentation.Ability to generate, create, and interpret detailed written materials, reports, and perform intricate mathematical functions.Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, alongside outstanding customer service aptitude to effectively communicate complex and occasionally challenging information in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.In-depth familiarity with procedures and policies pertaining to Treasury Services.Skill in interpreting data and managing multiple tasks, coupled with robust problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.Proven capability to work autonomously and provide guidance to fellow associates.
