Accounting Principals has partnered with a reputable client in Indianapolis to identify a Collections Specialist for their team. In this position you will be responsible for billing and business to business collections for a set number of vendors/clients.


Duties:

  • Manage billing and collection activities via phone and email
  • Conduct credit investigation on new and marginal accounts, assigning credit limits
  • Reduces and maintains D.S.O. and delinquency on assigned accounts at an acceptable level
  • Reporting and reconciliations as assigned

    • Qualification:

  • 2+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience
  • Business to Business Collections experience required
  • Associates degree in accounting preferred

    • Additional Details:

  • Temp - Hire
  • $17-$22/hr
