Ajilon is seeking a SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a contract-to-hire position in Houston, TX.

DUTIES:

  • Enter all accounts payable invoices into the company's ERP and paperless office system in a timely and accurate manner and route to the approving party
  • Monitor and expedite the approval of all AP invoices
  • Assist in handling of incoming vendor questions and research requests
  • Invoicing of sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, per the company's policy ad scan into the paperless office system
  • Monitor, track, and expedite invoicing of all sales orders
  • Assist in handling of incoming customer questions and requests
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma

  • SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3-4 years Sales Administrative support experience
  • Accounting & Credit experience a plus
  • Accounts Receivable experience a plus
  • Accounts Payable experience a plus

  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract/temporary (approx. 4 months) but could go longer and possibly convert to perm


    COMPENSATION: $17-19/hr DOE


    WORK HOURS: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM
