Ajilon is partnering with a premier Logistics company to identify a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join their ever-growing team! Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of logistics or customer service experience preferably in the transportation industry. This is a permanent search with a market leading company, offering up to $22/hour and fully onsite n the Jersey village area. Interested candidates apply online today!
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Daily quoting, management and coordination of shipments
- Data Entry of Customer Orders
- Track and trace all shipments
- Ensure updates are sent to Customers on a daily basis
- Work closely with Dispatchers to ensure on time arrival
- Update OS (operating system) with Driver updates
- Update and maintain logistics software
- Processing invoices
- Monitor and track delivery routes
- Must have problem solving skills to assist customers
- Heavy calls to the customer for updates on their appointment and estimated time of arrival
- Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement appropriate solutions
- Answer and resolve billing questions when needed
- Daily communications with customers on relevant issues and resolution
REQUIREMEMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bilingual (Spanish) a major plus
- Must have (2) two year’s office and/or customer service experience with heavy phone and email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Data Entry
