Ajilon is partnering with a premier Logistics company to identify a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join their ever-growing team! Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of logistics or customer service experience preferably in the transportation industry. This is a permanent search with a market leading company, offering up to $22/hour and fully onsite n the Jersey village area. Interested candidates apply online today!

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:


  • Daily quoting, management and coordination of shipments
  • Data Entry of Customer Orders
  • Track and trace all shipments
  • Ensure updates are sent to Customers on a daily basis
  • Work closely with Dispatchers to ensure on time arrival
  • Update OS (operating system) with Driver updates
  • Update and maintain logistics software
  • Processing invoices
  • Monitor and track delivery routes
  • Must have problem solving skills to assist customers
  • Heavy calls to the customer for updates on their appointment and estimated time of arrival
  • Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement appropriate solutions
  • Answer and resolve billing questions when needed
  • Daily communications with customers on relevant issues and resolution

REQUIREMEMENTS AND SKILLS


  • Bilingual (Spanish) a major plus
  • Must have (2) two year’s office and/or customer service experience with heavy phone and email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Data Entry
